河北科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Engraving is a progress of vision art. There are several methods. Wood engraving is one of the earliest engravings. Engraving on the surface of the finish line injection density relations and the relationship between black and white and the bottom of the figure, coupl ed with the art of using saber skin texture effect has similarities with planar formation. Bl ack-and-white wood engraving focuses on style aesthetics, balance,combinations and relat ion between black and white, and the beauty of positive and negative form. The performan ce of the black-and-white wood engraving language highly generalization and the color is also reduced to black and white. This is consistent with the characteristics of induction and generalization. These kinds of masterpieces mainly presented the human’s state of anxiety, loneliness, lonely, adrift in the period they lived, as well as the sympathy and thoughts of humans’ values and fates. Because the authors and the audiences experienced the similar lives, cultures and common value, the inside emotions and contents of such masterpieces were quite easy to understand. Every masterpiece is the symbol of the times. It shows the social and the wholeness of the knowability of life and value orientation. Author and audience to live some internal rules follow together; share a common value system and cultural space, the formation of stable interest community, through the screen to convey the emotion and content is very easy to be appreciated by understanding. Each work is attitude and mark of The Times. It shows the social and the wholeness of the know ability of life andvalue orie ntation. The main purpose of the work is that research of the wood carving art language, the rule is to put rule of constitute into black and white woodcut language, It would bet
