The The Optimum Research of Subway Construction Project Organization Abstract With the constant development of the economy and urbanization in our country．the subway iS becoming the center of national attention as its prominent role in promoting economic growth，increasing the supply of the people’S livelihood and optimizing the urban structure．How to build and manage the subway engineering scientifically and effectively has become the focus of attention due to its long construction period，high project complexity and difficulty in management．Constructing reasonable organizational management model，clearing each department responsibility and optimizing contract system Can significantly improve the comprehensive management capabilities ofsubway project，to make the management scientific， reasonable and economical． Based On above，this paper studies the theory about different organization structure design and project management to lay the foundation for sequential studies．This paper analyzes the characteristics of subway project engineering，adaptive agent，all participants and driving factor； clears objective characteristics in subway project；constructs the subway project breakdown structure and contract category structure，and integrates the both to build the metro engineering PBS-CCS two·dimensional breakdown structure。and on this basis．establishes the subway project standardized contract system；integrates the project management and organization structure design theory，builds the basic framework of subway project internal organization， coordination way and each department function，establishes the internal organization structure form of metro project；integrates the contract system and internal organizational structure， establishes the subway project organization model；researches the subway project of one city， analyzes its organization structure and contract system，builds the subway integrated organization model of this city and puts forward the problems in management．Uses
