摘要Abstract 摘要 Abstract ，● Based on the analysis of land use background and status，this study established the evaluation index system of land use efficiency according to the scientific principles， evaluated and analyzed the dynamic changes of land USe efficiency in Fujian province from 1 997 to 2007 and the land use efficiency differentiation among 9 cities with districts in 2007．After that,the obstacle degree judgment model WaS constructed to diagnose the obstacle factors，and then these factors were anatomized deeply．The results were concluded勰follows：(I)From 1 997 to 2007，the land USe efficiency of Fujian province Was growing faster and faster嬲time went by,among different kinds of partial efficiency, economic efficiency and social efficiency had the same trend as comprehensive efficiency, while ecological efficiency was increasing with fluctuation；(2)The general level of land llSe efficiency in 9 cities with districts Was not high,and the disparities among different regions we北obvious．The relationship between comprehensive efficiency and economic 各 efficiency was very close,at the same time,social efficiency and ecological efficiency were also important；(3)The spatial differentiation of land use efficiency in Fujian WaS significant,the efficiency level in southeast coast of Fujian Was higher than other areas；(4) The main obstacle factors of land USe efficiency in most of the cities were dominated by the economic factors，the social and ecolo百cal factors Were also involved partially．The ecological factors Were dominant in Xiamen where the economy and society had been developing very well．Finally,some suggestions about land USe were put forward based on the optimization of the land USe efficiency． Key words：land use efficiency,comprehensive evaluation；spatial·temporal differen -tiation；obstacle factors diagnosis；Fujian province ≥0J■． Ⅱ E A 中文文摘中文文摘 中文文摘 中文文摘 土地是人类生存发展所必须的物质基础，其利用方式与产出效益见证着社会文 明的发展与进步。当前我国社会经济发展迅速，城镇化进程正处于加快推进的阶段， 各项建设的蓬勃开展和城市空间的持续扩展使其对土地的需求量不断增加，然而土
