—————堕_—÷螂嬲摘要 —————堕_—÷螂嬲 摘要 公共精神是公民社会中民主、平等、自主意识的个体在积极参与社会公共领 域的发展过程所体现的底线性的道德素养，其关怀公共事务、自觉承担公共领域 责任，主动履行公民义务、对公共事务持理性的批判与反省精神、尊重其他个体 权利、遵守普遍的价值观和普遍性行为准则；公共理性、公共参与、权责意识、 宽容诚信是合格公民精神品质的表征。公共精神是公民社会与公共领域的根本支 柱，也是衡量国家综合实力的重要指标；学校肩负培养合格公民的重任，学校道 德教育则是通过科学文化知识与人文内涵的渗透，使学生在学校日常生活中不断 懂得尊重他人、学会参与、理性思考、诚信宽容、互惠协作，养成科学的价值观、 公共的行为准则与道德的品质，成为具备公共精神品质的未来公民。笔者通过调 查研究，从学生行为、教师行为、以及学校行为发现当下学校道德教育中缺乏公 共精神；原因归结为应试教育的功利性、脱离生活的教育方式、教师道德修养与 道德教育能力的不足、德育课程目标与方法的错位；提出从学校德育层面解决这 一问题的基点应是公民教育，途径有重建与生活的联系、与学科相结合以及实施 丌放多元的德育方式。 关键词：公共精神，学校道德教育，公民教育 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Public spirit means citizens with democracy,equality,freedom in civil society embody the bottom line moral accomplishment in the process of participating actively in the development of public areas，including caring for public affairs，consciously assuming responsibility for public domain，undertaking civic duty on own initiative，respecting other’S right，obeying common performance rule and value， holding rational and introspective spirit for public affairs．It contains public reason， public participation，right and responsibility conscious，honesty and tolerance， showing qualified citizen spirit．Public spirit is the fundamental pillar of civil society and public areas，also the important measure of national comprehensive strength． School plays a fundamental role on fostering students as qualified citizens through thinking mode and personality．School moral education make students know how to respect others，learn to participate，think rationally,honesty and mutual cooperation through scientific and cultural knowledge，infiltration of humanistic connotation． Based on investigation and study,author of this thesis consider that present school moral education lack public spirit from students’behavior and teachers’behavior and school activities．The utilitarianism of examination—oriented education，educational mode far from life，teachers’insufficient moral personality and capacity for moral education，the dislocation of moral educat
