摘要：目的 研究辐射对小鼠脾脏的损伤以及香菇多糖对其保护作用。方法 建立小鼠低剂量长期辐射的损伤模型。小
鼠随机分为5 组：对照组、模型组、给药剂量分别为0.02 ，0.1 ，0.5 mg·mL1 的香菇多糖组。测定各组小鼠的脾脏系数、
