中小企业薪酬体系的设计 内 容 摘 要 21 世纪是人力资本的时代,企业竞争更多的表现为人力资 源的优劣竞争,只有拥有最优的人力资源,才能营造企业最强的 核心竞争力。薪酬体系又是企业吸引人才,留住人才的关键!中 小企业要想在与大企业的竞争中脱颖而出,必须结合自身的特 点,建立一套科学有效的薪酬体系,利用薪酬达到最佳的激励效 果。本文就中小企业薪酬设计予以探讨,分析中小企业薪酬体系 现状,针对中小企业的实际情况进行薪酬体系设计。最后结合一 具体的小型民营企业薪酬体系予以分析,提出合理的薪酬体系设 计。 关键词:中小企业、薪酬体系、薪酬设计 I SALARY SYSTEM DESIGNING OF SMALL AND MEIDIUN-SIZED ENTERPRISES ABSTRACT The 21st century is the era of human capital. Enterprises competition is represented as human resources competition, Enterprises create the strongest core competitiveness with the first-rank human resources. And payment manager system is the key to attract and retain talent people. So how to work out a corresponding payment strategy is an important issue stand before human resource department of enterprises. If small and medium-sized enterprises want to compete with large enterprises, they should integrate their own characteristics and establish a scientific and effective salary system, and use it to achieve optimal incentive effects, organize excellent groups of human resource, so that can stand out from competition. This paper explores the payment design of small and medium-sized enterprise and analyzes the actuality of it, then designs the payment system according to the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprise.
