冠心病介入治疗后并发下肢深静脉血栓形成与护理干预 （河北省邯郸市第一医院 河北 邯郸056000） 【摘要】目的：观察和分析减少冠心病介入治疗患者下肢深静脉血栓的发 牛及其预防与护理干预措施。方法：选取2012年12月到2014年12月我院收治 的64例冠心病介入治疗患者，按照是否采用预防治疗方式分为两组，其中观察 组32例冠心病介入治疗患者采取了预防下肢深静脉血栓治疗及护理干预，另外 对照组32例冠心病介入治疗患者没有采取预防和护理血栓治疗。判断下肢深静 脉血栓及肺栓塞形成的概率。结果：观察组冠心病介入治疗患者只有1例在手 术后形成深静脉血栓，采取有效治疗后均治愈，没有1例发牛肺栓塞。对照组 未采取预防血栓治疗，6例患者出现深静脉血栓，2例出现肺栓塞，观察组明显 好于对照组（Pt;0.05）,差异显著具有统计意义。结论：通过对冠心病介入治 疗患者下肢深静脉血栓的评估，强化风险意识教育，可明显降低介入治疗后下肢 深静脉血栓形成几率。 【关键词】冠心病介入；下肢深静脉血栓；护理干预 【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028 （2015） 6-0759-02 Analysis on the after Coronary Interventional Treatment of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis and Nursing Intervention [Abstract 】Objective: To observe and analysis to reduce cor on ary heart disease patients with interventional therapy of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and its prevention and nursing interventions. Methods: We select in December 2012 to December 2014, our hospital 64 cases of interventional treatment for patients with coronary heart disease, according to whether to adopt preventive treatment is divided into two groups, one group of 32 patients with cor on ary heart disease in tervention treatme nt to the preve ntion of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis treatme nt and n ursi ng in terve ntion, the other 32 cases of cor on ary heart disease patients with interventional therapy treatment for the control group did not take the prevention and nursing thrombosis. Determine the probability of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and pulm on ary embolism formati on. Results: The observati on group of patie nts with cor on ary heart disease interve ntion only 1 case in the formation of deep venous thrombosis after the operation, take effective after treatment were cured, no 1 case of pulmonary embolism.
