万方数据 万方数据 中文摘要 北京国际音乐节与上海国际艺术节同作为京沪典型文化活动，在创立背景、 自身特色、运作水平、市场定位、市场反响、品牌效应等方面，既有相同的经验， 也有不同的特点。“两节”在创立至今已超过 15 年，在实践层面已积累诸多经验， 本文通过分析“两节”实践经验，为其提供理论研究依据，使其更好地促进当地 城市文化发展。文章通过文献收集法掌握“两节”的运作管理、发展趋势、品牌 打造，为写作打下理论基础；通过案例研究法了解“两节”自身发展的个性特征， 为本文提供研究角度；通过比较研究法分析“两节”共性与个性。本文以“两节” 历史发展脉络为基础，指出国际艺术节对城市文化发展的三点影响：在国际艺术 节对城市文化资源的创新促进作用方面，艺术节从人才资源、作品资源、场地资 源三部分对城市资源进行整合创新；在对城市文化交流合作的展示和引领作用方 面，体现出艺术节自身定位的二重性，即在对外文化交流合作中的展示作用、在 区域文化交流中的引领和辐射作用；在对提升城市文化聚合力方面，体现出艺术 节贯彻“两手抓”，将提升市民文化素养与增强大众文化归属感相协调发展。 关键词 国际艺术节 城市 文化资源 文化交流 文化聚合力 Abstract The Beijing International Music Festival, as a typical cultural event, along with the Shanghai International Art Festival, not only share similar experiences in their backgrounds, characteristics, operation abilities, marketing strategies, market reactions, and brand effects, but also hold each of their unique features. The two art festivals that’s been mentioned, also known as the Beijing-Shanghai Art Festival (BSAF), both has been founded for over 15 years, has accumulated a great deal of hands-on experience in its field of expertise. This article is to provide evidence of theoretic research by analyzing the BSAF experiences, for enhancing its effect of motivating urban cultural development in local communities. By applying the Literature Collecting Method, this article includes understanding of operation management, development trend, brand building of the BSAF, which prepares the theoretical principles of this research; by applying the Case Study Method, the article explains the self-evolving characteristics of the BSAF, which provides the angle of this research; meanwhile, by applying the Comparative Study Method, the article analyzes the common characters and individual features of the BSAF.
