III III development; part of the ideological and political workers are lack of confidence, their enthusiasm is not high; some workers state of mind also is a problem; the ideological and political work and the work of spiritual civilization construction ideas, methods, means and carrier is needed further innovating. To solve these problems in traffic system of ideological and political work, the paper give the innovative ideas and the responses: (a)the paper set the innovative thinking aim, which enhance the penetration, attractive and convincing. (b)we must innovate the concept of thinking on, changing from passive to active ,from education to communication and from bear to the model type. (c),we should use modern technology in the ideological and political work to innovate management style; (d)Implementing dynamic assessment, we must innovate the evaluation mechanism . (e)we must innovate the carrier way. With the current ideological and political work of transportation system in Jilin Province, we mainly prevent the tendency: ①find the right way;②adhere to a regular,;③develop a new carrier. Then we form the spirit of Jilin Traffic through innovation: unity and team spirit; pioneering and innovative spirit; truth-seeking and pragmatic spirit and clean and dedication.
