西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘 要 交通运输现代化是社会经济现代化的重要组成部分。交通对于社会现代 化起到了重要的支撑和引导作用，但是传统的社会现代化评价的核心内容并 未涉及交通问题。无论是中国现代化进程的相关研究，还是社会现代化报告 中，均没有一个特定的指标体系来衡量交通运输的现代化。交通是社会经济 发展的基础支撑条件，是人们衣食住行基本生活之一，也是影响社会经济现 代化能否实现的关键因素之一，因此，对交通运输现代化进行专项研究是有 必要的。 论文从综合交通运输系统的研究角度出发，通过对国内外交通运输现代 化进程的比较，从交通适应性、交通设施和工具、运营效率和交通可持续发 展四个层面对交通运输现代化的基本特征进行了分析，建立了交通运输现代 化指标体系，并提出了为解决总目标所采取的研究方法和技术路线。最后通 过实例分析证明了研究理论和指标体系的实用价值。 论文采用了比较分析和定性与定量相结合的方法，对交通运输现代化指 标体系进行研究。在与衡量标准的比较分析过程中，利用间接比较法，并把 绝对数的比较转化为相对数的比较，使分析比较更具有可比性和说服力。同 时尽量把定性的指标定量化，提高了结果的精确度和可信度。 论文以黑龙江雀作为实例进行检验与论证，指标体系的建立具有一定的 现实意义，并具有较强的实践性，期望此研究成果对我国各地区交通运输现 代化的研究有一定的借鉴意义． 关键词；交通运输现代化；指标体系； 现代化标准 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1I页 A。BSTRACT The modernization of transportation is an important part of the modernization of society and economy．Although transportation plays an important role in the supporting and leading aspects，the core of the evaluation on the modernization of society and economy hash’t touched on the transportation problem yet．There isn’t still a fixed index to evaluate transportation，which is a key factor of the modernization of society and economy．So it is necessary to study the modernization of transportation specially． Based on the study on the comprehensive transportation system，this paper analyzed the basic characters of the modernization of transportation by comparing with the development of the modernized transportation home and abroad from four categories：transportation adaptability,transportation facilities and instruments，operation efficiency and sustainable development of transportation，established the index system of modernization of transportation， and put forward the research method and research thought．Finally,this paper proved that the index system had great practical value． By integrating quantity and quality’this paper did research on the index system．It made the corporation more plausible by comparing the relative numbers instead of the absolute number,and the result more accurate by transfor
