静65067提要 静65067 提要 健忘为常见病证，中老年人多患，严重者可致老年性痴呆。从中医 经典古籍入手，对历代重要医籍有关健忘的文献进行整理研究。从病名 沿革、病因病机和防治方药三方面梳理其学术发展脉络。对近十余年中 医药防治老年性痴呆的文献进行整理，从病因病机和防治方药两方面与 __●__-‘‘‘‘一_-_^●‘—‘-—。一 古籍记载进行对比研究，考查其异同。 建立防治健忘方药数据库，分析不同历史时期用药特点，通过统计 学处理，得出结论：补益虚损是防治健忘证的主导思想，补益阴精是重 中之重；补益之外，安神、清虚热、开窍为主要治疗手段。建立防治老 年性痴呆方药数据库，分析用药规律并与防治健忘药物对比分析。统计 历代防治健忘证高频药物并进行分析，认为开心散为历代防治健忘证的 基本方剂，据文献提出临证加减用药基本方法。 提出防治健忘进而防治老年性痴呆的基本思路：防治并举，防重于 治；补泻并用，以补为主；阴阳兼补，补阴为本：补肾益精为防治健忘 的基本方法；因时而防是防治健忘的重要环节。认为，抓住女子五七、 男子五八，女子七七、男子)kA两个重要时期，以补肾益精为基本方法， 以防为主，可以收到最佳防治效果。 关键词：健忘老年性痴呆中医文献防治 o，i 、．。 、t一}-一。 The The Literature Study of Hurbs and Formulas for Amnesia’S Prevention and Treatment Speeiality：TCM’S history and literature study Tutor：professor Ou Yangbing Student：Zhou Xia Amnesia is one ofthe ordinary diseases for old people．It always brings trouble in daily life，and sometimes lead tO Alzheimer’S disease． The article which iS based on classical Chinese medicine books(about 70 books)studies the laws of preventing and treating amnesia and the characters in each epoch from the history of the name，the causes and the mechanism of the disease，the formula and medicine of preventing and treating the disease．At the same time，compared with the Chinese traditional medicine used in modern time to prevent and treat the Alzheimer’S disease， the salne and the difference between the two were studied，and the reasons for these were explained too． With the aim of showing some useful references for Alzheimer’S disease’S prevention and treatment，296 formulas were collected from the classical Chinese medicine books used for preventing and treating amnesia． With computer technology,a database of the formulas and medicine were founded．The frequency of herbs were analyzed by statistic method．At the same time，the characters of medicine-using in each epoch were studied． Besides Besides lhis，the most frequently used herbs were selected too．From the result of analysis，It is showed that the basic formula is Kaixinsan．and the basic herbs were also
