PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT11 摘 要 随着时代的不断进步，我国市场经济发生了翻天覆地的变化。由于快速发展的市场经济, 我国市场经济体制的改革也发生了日新月异的变化。我国各个行业的生产力大幅度提升，设备安装行业的整体水平有了极大的提高，越来越多的设备安装单位与不断增加的承包商签订施工合同，推动了工程项目建设的发展，在管理层面上，也大大提高了工程项目管理水平，促进了工程项目科学体系的进一步发展和完善。 本论文首先由项目成本管理理论入手，特别是对近年来设备安装项目成本管理国内外的研究现状进行了综合概述，以便从理论层面对设备安装项目成本管理理论情况进行梳理。其次，深入剖析了我国设备安装项目成本管理的现状及存在的问题。再次，研究了设备安装项目成本管理模式，引入了ISM解释结构模型，讨论了全成本管理的关键之处和计算方法。 最后，在项目成本管理函待变革的现状分析的基础上，通过定性分析和定量分析的结果，分别有针对性的提出对策建议，能够在节约项目开展项目成本的同时，改变设备安装项目管理的传统模式，由一次性的成本管理转向项目全流程的跟踪监控成本管理，由狭义的成本 管理转向全成本管理，由事后成本核算转向了项目实施过程中的全过程成本管理，使得设备安装项目管理更加规范化、科学化、合理化、精细化。 关键词：项目管理、成本管理、ISM解释结构模型 Abstract With the progress of time, earth-shaking changes in Chinas market economy happened.
