5例确诊埃博拉病毒病患者的护理

摘要：目的:总结我援利埃博拉出血热诊疗中心收治5例确诊埃博拉病毒病患者的临床护理过程，介绍护理埃博拉病毒病患者的方法和。方法:护理要点包括隔离防护、消毒处置、病情观察、发热护理、静脉补液护理、饮食护理、基础护理、心理护理、出院护理。结果:经过科学防护、及时诊治和精心护理，本组5例患者中3例痊愈康复出院，2例死亡，医务人员零感染。结论:科学防护为开展埃博拉病毒病护理工作提供安全保障，因病施护、因地制宜的精心护理是埃博拉病毒病护理的关键。

Abstract Objective: We in order to summarize the clinical nursing process for 5 confirmed cases of Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) in China Ebola Treatment Unit (ETU), and introduce the nurse experiences of EVD patients. Methods: The main points of EVD nurse includes: isolation and protection, disinfection, illness observation, fever nursing, intravenous infusion nursing, diet nursing, basis nursing, psychological nursing, hospital discharge nursing. Results: After scientific protection, timely diagnosis and treatment and careful nursing, 3 cases recovered and discharged from hospital and 2 cases died in 5 confirmed EVD cases. Medical staff was zero infection. Conclusion: Science protections provide security assurance for the nursing work of EVD., The key of the EVD care is the intensive care due to the illness and local conditions.
