浙江大学硕士学位沦文Abstract 浙江大学硕士学位沦文 Abstract This Paper implements a 3D Scanner prototype system that can scan one thce of an ob{ect in 20 seconds．The output ofthe 3D Scanner is 3D point cloud with color-per。point contained in VRML 97 file．This 3D scanner prototype system has acquired the 3D models of black chinaware and Yucong that is Liangzhu cultural relic，and the resuks is very good．In practice，this 3D scanner call work very well when scans other material objects，such as plaster，metal，cloth，plastic and wood．Even people’S face，this 3D scanner also can work． This paper collects a lot of information of many 3D Scanners in the market； classifies them into some kinds according to different technologies．The 3D Scanner prototype system makes use of projector to project coded structured light，because coded structured light technology only needs simple hardware and has high precision．The key technology of coded structured light is coded pattern design；this paper presented a classification of existing all kinds of coded pattems．After analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of existing coded pattern design strategies，this paper uses Gray Code+Phase Shifting which has high precision，easy realization but more pattern number． Camera and projector calibration are the key technology in the 3D Scanner prototype system，this paper presented the detailed steps to compute the lrmer and outer parameters· After acquiring the coded paaem pictures，this paper presented how to analyze the pictures and decode the coded pattern．The detailed steps of triangulation also are presented in this paper．At last，this paper defines the 3D Scanner’S capability parameters and analyzes the factors that affect the precision． Keywords：3D Scanner；Coded Structured Light；Camera Calibration；Projector Calibration；Triangulation II 浙江大学醺士学位造文 ...咱.一 ..._-，‘.咀..，.J_， 扫描结果彩页图 多 r 彩固 1 文物扫描效果固 、 …………fI - → 2a 、 ………… E r 『司 全飞扩 …....- 且
