M ethods: 54 C 199- positive sera w ith high, m iddle or low value and 30 C 199negative sera were separately detected by two domestic C 199 chem ilum inescence assay kits and Beckman C 199 kit. The C 199 results of domestic kits were compared w ith Beckman kit from accuracy, precision, positive rate and predictive value. Results: The C 199 results of accuracy and precision of dom estic kit and B had a certain degree of differencew ith those of Beckman, respectively. The positive rate, the positive pre dictive value and the negative predictive value of domestic kit C 199 kit had no differencew ith that of Beckman(P 0. 05). Using the reference value in manual as the criterion, the C 199 positive rate and the positive predictive value of domestic kit Bwere obviously lower than that of Beckm an(P 0. 01).
