AbstractWith Abstract With the deepening of international communication，the currem industry in China is developing rapidly and reaches the unprecedented prosperity．At the same time，the data oI the construction industry shows an explosive growth．and more factors should be considered when contractors make decisions about project bidding．However，the outdated information management of construction enterprises leads to amounts of data can’t be disposed and many serious problems，such as a waste of resources，improper risk control，bidding failure，etc．The big data era creates an opportunity for the construction enterprise to realize information management，and also control risks in the process of proj ect bidding． Firstly,the statuses of researching on the application of big data and project bidding risk management are analyzed in this dissertation．The bidding risk decision system is established．Platform for enterprise data storage is built．Big data technology is used for data preprocessing．And then，decision tree algorithm of data mining is used to sdea effective risk information，the key factors of bidding are identified in this research． Based on the existing risk management model of project bidding，the evaluation index system of proj ect bidding risks is built．Secondly,the model of risk analysis hierarchy is set up on the theory of risk management．Expert survey ratings and quantitative analysis methods are exploited to quantify the risks of the whole proj ect and the entire index． Finally,the application of risk management model is demonstrated though the case of Guilin Olympic Garden Terrace Century project based on big data in the project bidding process in this study． The use of big data technology to screen risk factors in the process of proj ect bidding decision making is a new attempt．It has a practical significance for the contractor controlling risk，reducing the possible loss value and proj ect cost． III 万方数据 Keywords：Big Keywords：Big Data；Project Bidding：Evaluatio
