Abstract
Modern market along with the informationization and globalization, market participants started among the increasingly fierce competition, the core of competition gathered in the enterprise technological change, technological innovation is the core of talent, so the competition for talents among enterprises, who can breathe in and retain more talent to become a key factor in competition. Core employees accounted for only 20% of the number of enterprises, has created an 80% of the wealth, so how to motivate the core staff, improve the core employee job satisfaction and efficiency, has become the urgent need to solve the problems.
