耋里矍三奎兰耋兰堡圭兰堡篁三Abstract 耋里矍三奎兰耋兰堡圭兰堡篁三 Abstract The environment·friendly polyurethane(PU)tire is a new kind of high quantity tire．The research and development of the environment·friendly PU tire are the advanced tendency of the tire technology．Great progress has been made for more than twenty years．More works must be done and the technology problem must be settled if we want the tire to be applied in the car． The tire surface is made of PU，SO the PU material’S physical performances must be match with the tire body．It’S to say that the PU material must obey many stricts on the most three important travel performances and many kinds of physical performances．The PU material’s performances can be adjusted，which make the research is more possible．In order t0 put the PU tire into practice．this article try to research and develop new directions based on the material formula． Many researches conclude that there are essential relative between the PU material formula and the PU material physical performances．These relations are very important to develop new PU material．This article try to find the relation between the formula and the physical performances based on much experimentation data， build the PU tire qulity control model to research and develop new PU material． In the physical testing experimentation，we hope to build a mathematical model that can forecast PU material physical performances values based on the material formula value．Compare the actual value with the forecast value in the continued experimentation，verify the experimentation of update the mathematical model．In the research and development of new material formula，we also hope to build a mathematical model that can give an instance of PU material formula based on the phusical performances values，This model cans guidance the new formula research and development． The PU physical performances forecast model based on material formula is a regression problem．This article introduces two kinds of machine learning
