摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 江西企业100强是江西省国民经济的主导力量，是江西财政收入的主要来 源，对江西的影响巨大，贡献突出。江西要在中部地区率先崛起，发展经济是 第一。要发展江西的经济，就必须抓住关键，把江西企业100强做强做大。然 而根据1995年美国《幸福》杂志的数据显示，全球500强大企业，今天只剩下 1／3了，也就是说500家剩下100多家了，大多数已经破产倒闭，或被别的企业 兼并。在中国企业界，类似的教训，值得总结的例子也很多，如巨人集团、飞 龙集团、郑州亚细亚集团、秦池集团的兴衰，等等。有的企业从红红火火到负 债累累，甚至倒闭破产，成功成为失败之母。企业经营失败固然有其各种各样 的原因。但是，在企业经营的过程中，如何使企业吸取前车之鉴，避免重蹈覆 辙，使企业做得长久，既是每个企业家的愿望，也是每个经济学家要研究的课 题。因此，研究如何把江西企业100强做强做大，不仅有着重大的理论意义， 而且有着重大的现实意义。本论文在这一理念的启发下，通过对2007江西企业 100强的整体分析，并通过对2007江西企业100强与2006中国企业100强整体 对比分析、与2007安徽企业100强的成长性效率对比分析、与2007广西企业 100强的行业分布对比分析、与华东、中部省份企业100强的整体对比分析，发 现江西企业100强发展中存在的问题。在此基础上根据企业发展战略理论、企 业扩张理论，科技创新理论，针对江西企业100强发展中存在的问题，提出了 做强做大江西企业100强的对策建议。 关键词：江西；100强；发展问题 Ⅱ AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT The top 100 enterprises in Jiangxi Province，a leading force in the national economy in Jiangxi Province，which made outstanding contributions，is the main source of revenue and the impact of Jiangxi．Jiangxi becoming the first rise in the central region，developing economic is the most important．The development of Jiangxi’S economy,we must seize the key that the top 100 enterprises in Jiangxi Province must be expanded．However,according to 1995 U．S．”happiness”，the magazine data,among the Global 500 biggest companies，today only 1／3，that is to say，only more than 100 companies remain，most of them have been closed or merged into other business．In the business world in China，a similar enterprise lesson，which is worth summing up，such as the Giant Group，the Dragon Group，Zhengzhou Asia Group，the Group of the rise and fall of the Qin pool，and SO on．From some enterprises which went from the booming fire to the heavily indebted or even gone bankrupt，we Call draw a conclusion that Success is the mother of failure．Business failures have their own reasons．However，in the course of business，the lesson how to make enterprises，how to avoid repeated failure，and how to make enterprises last long，is what every entrepreneur want to kown and the subject every economist must study．Therefore，study
