摘要摘 摘要 摘 要 高等教育自学考试经过近三十年的发展，已成为我国规模最大的、开放的成 人高等教育形式之一，并在新农村建设中发挥着不可替代的作用。社会助学是自 学考试的重要组成部分，是自学考试作为一种教育形式存在的基础，因此，研究 农村自考生的学习过程，在此基础上有针对性地发展农村自学考试助学过程，将 有利于农村自学考试的发展，从而使自学考试为社会主义新农村建设做出贡献。 本文通过对江苏地区农村自学考试社会助学发展情况的调查和研究，以及对 宿迁市“洋河农民自考之家”和苏州昆山科高培训机构两个个案的研究，对目前江 苏地区农村自学考试助学发展的现状和存在的问题进行了分析，并从重视自学考 试的育人功能、构建农村自学考试学习支持服务体系、完善农村自学考试助学管 理机制、在助学管理中增强服务意识、规模与质量的共同发展五个方面对江苏农 村自学考试助学的发展提出对策和建议。 关键词：江苏农村 自学考试社会助学 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract After nearly t11irty years of development，Self-taught Higher Education Examinations has become China’s largest open form of adult higher education．It plays an irreplaceable role in the new rural construction．Social Assistance is an important part of Sel仁taught Higher Education Examination，and serves as the foundation of Self-taught Higher Education Examinations．Therefore，it is beneficial to the development of Self-taught Higher Education Examinations in rural area to investigate the learning process of rural examinees and improve social assistance． This can enrich Selftaught Higher Education Examinations’contribution to the development of the new countryside． This papers performs the research on Rural Social Assistance in the countryside in Jiangsu region，and looks into two cases of the training institutions，Suqian ”Farmers Self Yang House”and Kunshan Branch High．It explores the current status of Self-taught Higher Education Examinations in Jiangsu region and analyzes the deficiencies therein．In addition，this paper makes recommendations in five aspects on Social Assistance Self-taught Higher Education Examinations in rural area，focusing on the educational function of Self-taught Higher Education Examinations，building learning support system for rural Self-taught Higher Education Examinations， improving the Social Assistance management system of rural Self-taught Higher Education Examinations，enhancing service awareness，and further expanding the scale of rural Self-taught Higher Education Examinations． Key words：Jiangsu country
