SUMMARY
Jiangxi Unicom currently facing branch communications products and technological advancements, product life cycles getting shorter, extremely competitive, products and services, homogeneous market. Business talent advantage plays an important role in large part, to allow companies to retain more talent, more talent for business effectiveness, it is necessary to carry out its own unique way of training and development of human resources , regular employees on new technology and new knowledge of training, thus enhancing the cultural quality of each employee and the technical content of work, but also enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry, ultimately to achieve long-term strategic goals and business planning. Other relevant training will be combined with the staff to establish personal development training to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff to enhance the compressive strength and cohesion. However, the existing enterprises in Jiangxi Unicom branch staff training can not fully adapt to the new situation of the telecommunication needs of modern management enterprise. Therefore, the establishment of rational, scientific, optimizes business employee training system has become a subsidiary of Jiangxi Unicom to grow during the primary objective of human resource management
Firstly, staff training on domestic and international theoretical and applied research, training, Jiangxi Unicom branch status and actual situation of human resource management, identified at this stage the companys training system and its mode of existence of some problems to solve problems and shortcomings in practical applications, such as lack of environmental support and optimization models, inadequate training needs analysis, training forms a single, effective implementation of the scheme is poor, and the lack of impact assessment and the results of conversion rate and so on.
