南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文摘要 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 摘要 如何解决普通干线公路的投融资问题，是一直困扰着我国公路主管部门和理论 界的难题。本文作为江苏省交通厅科研基金资助项目“江苏省交通基础设施投融资体 制研究”课题的子课题，从研究普通干线公路的投融资模式出发，采用历史分析和比 较研究的方法，对江苏省普通干线公路的投融资模式以及相应的政策进行充分研究。 论文首先对国内外最新的投融资模式进行了一般的论述，接着对普通干线公路作为公 共基础设施的特点和相关的理论进行了分析，研究并提出适合江苏省的投融资模式， 然后定量和定性地分析了江苏省普通干线公路投融资模式存在的问题，针对这些问题 提出相应的解决方案，最后结合江苏省普通干线的投融资实际情况，设计出几种有效 且可行的投融资方案，并提出了若干对策建议。 关键词：普通干线公路公共基础设施投融资模式 江苏省普通干线公路建设的投融资模式研究ABSTRACT 江苏省普通干线公路建设的投融资模式研究 ABSTRACT It is always a tough issue for both our road management department and theory field that how to solve the problem of investment and financing of common main stem road． 111e paper is a part of Study on Investment and Financing of Jiangsu Province Traffic Infrastructure supported by Jiangsu Province Tr锄c Office Science and Research Fund．It starts from investment and financing mode of cornI／lon main stem road and comprehensively makes study on the model of investment and financing of Jiangsu Province common main stem road and it’S relative policy by adopting the method of historical and comparative analysis．First of all，it makes general discuss on the up to date investment and financing model in the domestic and abroad．And it analyzes the characteristic of cornrnon main stem road and its correlative theory and puts forward investment and financing mode adapting to Jiangsu Province．It quantitative and qualitative analyzes the existent problem ofJiangsu Province common main stem road investment and financing mode and brings forward corresponding resolvent．Finally according to the situation of investment and financing of Jiangsu Province main stem road we scheme out several efficient and feasible investment and financing pr町ects and somc policy suggestions． Key words：colninon main stem road；publie infrastructure；investment and financing mode 爨窳簸空靛天大学硬士学缎论文第～章导论 爨窳簸空靛天大学硬士学缎论文 第～章导论 1．1论文研究背景 “十五”时疑是我国经济发矮的关键时期，燕避行经济结构战略橼调整的重要 嚣麓，氇瑟宠善社会主义毒场经济嚣裁窝扩丈霹筹嚣液豹重要嚣亨蘩。 随着中潮盘珏入WTO，国际和豳内市场竞争环境翻趋激烈，中国的经济发展面临着 巨大的挑战。面对巨大的外在臁力，为了适应这种竞争环境，中国经济体制从内部进 行了一系列的改革和
