摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 随着我国加入 WTO 时间的推移，国内烟草行业所享有的垄断环境以及政策 红利将逐渐减少，国外烟草制品未来将参与中国卷烟市场的竞争，我国烟草市 场将面临国外烟草公司的激烈竞争与挑战。面对新形势，如何进一步提高中国 烟草行业的现代物流管理建设水平，使其适应现代卷烟消费市场变化与发展， 并将国内烟草的现代物流网络，建设成为未来能参与竞争的重要筹码。 在这种研究背景下，本文从物流管理等相关理论入手，结合江西省烟草现 代物流建设实际情况，围绕现代物流与绿色物流建设，进行了相关研究。并以 N 市烟草物流管理为案例，分析江西省烟草现代物流建设中所出现的问题，并希 望以此来改进江西省烟草物流的现代物流建设。 本文针对江西烟草行业现代物流建设中所出现的问题，提出了相应的优化 物流管理的措施，以期望达到降低物流成本，提高效益的目标。实践表明，这 些措施具有实用性与可操作性，对推进江西省烟草物流建设有一定的借鉴意义， 同时也能为各级烟草行业现代物流建设提供一定参考。 关键词：烟草；物流管理；现代物流建设 I ABS ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With the Chinese join WTO time extension, the domestic tobacco industry of monopoly environment as well as the dividend policy will be gradually reduced, foreign tobacco products will be involved in China cigarette market competition, Chinas tobacco market will face fierce competition and challenge of foreign tobacco companies.
