摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 我国进入工业反哺农业的阶段，又处于新农村建设关键时期。今年中央一 号文件《切实加强农业基础建设，进一步促进农业发展农民增收的若干意见》 再次强调促进农民收入增长的重要性，而农村金融问题又是新农村建设的一个 关键点，一个良好的农村金融体系的构建对于农村的发展，农民收入增长都将 起重要的支持作用。江西省作为中国的一个农业大省，农民收入增长对于江西 农村经济和社会发展同样具有重要的意义，然而江西农村金融长期处于抑制状 态，其发展并没有成为促进江西农民收入增长的重要因素。 本文运的实际数据，对江西农村金融发展与江西农民收入 增长之间的关系进行了实证研究。结果显示：江西农村存款增长对江西农民收入 增长具有负效应、江西农村贷款增长对江西农民收入增长具有不十分显著的正 效应，说明江西农村金融发展对农民收入增长的促进作用并不明显，同时也验 证了江西农村金融长期处于抑制状态，具有明显“二元结构’’的特征。在此基 础上，提出江西省农村金融发展促进江西农民收入增长的建议，并对江西省农 村金融改革提出相应的建议。 关键词：农村金融；农民纯收入；金融抑制；二元结构；江西 AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT Nowadays，China has come into the stage of that industry returns nurturing agriculture and the period of building a new countryside and the importance of the growth of peasant incomes has been strengthened by the No．1 Central Document this vear,t Some views on conscientiously consolidating the foundation of agriculture and future promoting the agricultural development and the growth of peasant incomes·In addition．the rural financial issues is one of the critical points in the context of building a new countryside，since the good construction of a rural financial system would place great support on the countryside development and the growth of peasant incomes．As for Jiangxi，a major cultural province，the growth of peasant incomes would have placed a very important role in its development over agricultural economy and society,and also been the pivot of building the new countryside， although failed to become the important factor of promoting the growth of peasant incomes because of the inhibition to rural finance of Jiangxi province．In this paper， based on the actual data from 1990 to 2003，the empirical study is made towards the relationship between the agricultural finance development of Jiangxi Province and the growth of peasant incomes，the results of which indicates that there is the indistinctive adverse effect between the rural deposits and the growth of peasant incomes in Jiangxi while the latter has posed a positive effect with the farmers
