华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 PAGE 5 PAGE 5 The Effects of JieZeNo.1 gel on Candidal Albicans Vaginitis and Its Influence in Vaginal Environment in Mice Abstract Part One: The Effect of JieZe NO.1 gel on Candidal Albicans Vaginitis in Mice Objective: To observe the effect of JZ1 gel on candidal albicans vaginitis in mice. Methods: 140 female Kunming mice (SPF class) were dicided into seven groups: normal control 、 model、blank gel (mateix control)、bifonazole gel、2%JZ1 gel、1%JZ1 gel、0.03%bererine gel. Each mouse was subcutaneousely infected estradiol benzoate (E2) 0.025mg/mouse every other day in order to make the mice be in the state of pseudoestrus, until the study was finished. On the inoculation day, the mice were inoculated with 5×104 stationary-phase albicans blastoconidia (ATCC90028), except for normal group. The third day of inoculation, observation of the vaginal lavage fluid under the microscope, if the hyphae was observed, the model was succeed, it is time to dealt with different drugs. All drugs were administered once daily for total of 12 days, 20μl every time. 24 hours before inoculation, before starting treatment and on day 4,8,12 after treatment, the pseudohyphae in vaginal lavage fluid, the vaginal fungal burden (CFU), the scores of inflammation in vaginal tissue, HE and PAS of vaginal tissues were observed. And the cure rate was calculated. Result： There was better therapeutic effect on 2%JZ1 gel on candidal albicans vaginitis in mice, there were the same effect as bifonazole gel. The cure rate is 100%. Compared with normol group, there were no difference (P0.05). 1%JZ1 gel and 0.03%bererine gel was weker, The cure rate is 55%, 50%. Compared with group of model and bland gel, there was signigicant differernce (P0.05), Compared with normol group, there was signigicant differernce (P0.05). There was no difference between group of model and blank gel (P0.05). Conclusion: 1%JZ1 gel and bererine gel have some effects agaist candidal albicans vaginitis in m
