焦炉工血清P21蛋白表达水平的研究摘要 焦炉工血清P21蛋白表达水平的研究 摘要 目的：检测焦炉工血清P21蛋白表达水平，探讨该项检测作为焦炉工肺 癌早期筛检诊断指标的可能性。 方法：以炼焦工人68例为接触组，无任何职业致癌物接触史的健康体 检者30例为对照组。调查其一般情况、职业接触史、呼吸道疾病等情况； 同时采肘静脉，血用Western Blotting免疫印迹染色法检测血清P2 1蛋白表达 水平。比较接触组与对照组的血清P21水平、慢性呼吸道疾病的发生情况。 分析影响血清P21蛋白水平的因素、及炼焦工龄与血清P21蛋白表达水平的 关系。 结果： 1．各组血清P21蛋白扫描平均面积：对照组为1197．67；～10年、～15 年、～20年、～25年及25年以上工龄组分别为1416．53、嚣笪每书、2873．30、弓；口2．扫’ 列，牟．S2, 4570．36。 2．炼焦工龄、多食腌菜是导致血清P21蛋白水平升高的危险因素，多食 新鲜水果为保护因素。 3．在20年以上工龄的接触组中检测出3例P21蛋白阳性个体。 4．炼焦工中慢性鼻炎和慢性咽炎的患病率分别为33．8％、23．5％，对照 组则分别为13．3％、6．7％，两组间差异有显著性。 结论：焦炉工血清P21蛋白表达水平高于一般人群，其慢性鼻炎和咽炎 的患病率亦高于一般人群。随着炼焦工龄的延长，血清P21水平有一定的升 高；炼焦工龄、多食腌菜是导致血清P21蛋白水平升高的可疑危险因素，多 食新鲜水果为保护因素。检测血清P21蛋白水平可作为肺癌高危人群的筛检 指柄i。 关键词：焦炉逸散物，血清P21，职业接触 Study Study of the expression of serum P2 1 in coke oven workers ABSTRACT Objective：To detect the expression of serum P2 1 in coke oven woNers and to explore the probability ofmaking this index as screening index ofearly lung Cancer． Methods：68 coke oven workers were chosed as exposing group and 30 health people without any occupational exposure history of carcinogen were chosed as the control group．Some information was investigated including general information，history ofoccupational exposure and respiratory disease etc The vein blood was drawn to determine the expression of serum P21 by using Western Blotting．Serum P21 and chronic respiratory disease were compared between two groups．Some affecting factors of serum P21 and the correlation of the exposed time and serum P2 1 were analysed． Results： l-The aVerage scanning area。‘semm P21inthe control gro爿u烨pw．广as；11窜67 a甜 in。。posed group：：；数～；}。120曾y。e8。8 1416．53,～15 y。ar8鹄辱#乒苒，～20 years 2873t30，懊o beyond 25 years 4570·36 respectively· 2．The risk factors of increasing serum P2 1 were the exposed time and pickle foods and the protective factor was fresh fruits． 3．3 cases with positive serum P21 were found in more than 20 years exposed group· 4 The incidences ofchronic rhinitis and pharyngitis were 33．8％，23．5％and 13．3％、6．7％respectively in exp
