万方数据 万方数据 Abstract Teaching material bearings the social attributes and special significance, which is an important carrier to complete the objective of education.We should pay more attention to the protection of its copyright. But we found that there are a lot of problems in practice.First,if the scope of copyright protection of teaching materials is too narrow, the copyright of teaching materials can not be fully protected.Then the publishers can not get due reward which will affects initiative teaching materials research and development.Second,if the scope of copyright protection of teaching materials is too broad,the supplementary material presses will be difficult to stand in the educational publishing industry, and will lose their living spaces.And it will not be conducive to have free choice and orderly competition in the market.How to reasonably regulate the scope of the copyright protection of teaching materials?This question has a great controversy in the judicial and academic circles.Some normative documents which have reasonabal doubt, still remain to be further explored.In the meantime the problems and loopholes caused by the lack of legislation also need us to further solve and fill. The purpose of writing this article is that through analysis of the copyright disputes between teaching materials and supplementary materials,we can try to find out how to define a reasonable scope of protection method of the teaching materials.We try our best to strive for a better solution to solve the copyright disputes between the teaching materials publishers and the supplementary materials presses and hope can be helpful to the further improvement of the Copyright Law .This article analyzes with five parts layer by layer.The first part analyzes the reasons and cases of the disputes between the teaching materials publishers and the supplementary materials presses.It can be seen that the scope of the protection of teaching materials has a great impact on the entire edu
