关键词：皆川秀孝;《清语会话》;语音;语法;教学 Abstract The object of this paper is a primary comprehensive conversation textbook ----- shingo kaiwa written by Chinese scholar in the late of the Japanese Meiji,who was . under the conditions of the times,when Mandarin pronunciation, grammar teaching were not paied attention to, the author of the 《 shingo kaiwa 》 could introduce Chinese pronunciation, grammar from the theoretical level,which is worthy of recognition, with a certain value from a research perspective to study Chinese. The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the significance of this topic, the present situation and the method of studying this topic, and the source language. The second chapter gives an overview of Minakawa Hidetaka,which includes his life and works, and analysis on the writing background, compiled style of the 《 shingo kaiwa 》 ,meanwhile, classifies other contemporary Chinese speaking materials. The third part describs the phonetics in detail,and analyzes its characteristics, which focuses on the analysis of the pronunciation of mark, tone of voice, the method of phonetic pronunciation. The fourth session describes and analyzes the division of words, phrases, sentences of shingo kaiwa.As for the speech part,this paper analyzes 13 categories of words to describe the criteria and characteristics of the divided parts of speech, the modern Chinese Parts of Speech,and identify similarities and differences. The phrase is mainly on the complement,while the sentence is mainly on the sentences which includes be and have, analyzing and summarizing its characteristics Chapter five describes and analyzes shingo kaiwa from the preparation type and the pedagogical session.
