酒熟语及其文化精神摘 酒熟语及其文化精神 摘 要 酒熟语是酒文化在语言中的积淀。本文运用文化语言学的研究方法，并结 合统计归纳法、文献学相关方法和实证分析法对“酒熟语展开研究。对酒熟 语进行梳理、归类、溯源，并对文献中的语言实例进行分析，以期挖掘酒熟语 背后蕴藏的丰富的传统文化精神及其传承与发展脉络。 本文主要观点：第一，目前对酒熟语的研究，多为搜集整理性的，分类、 源流、文化背景及文化精神进行系统研究的较少。第二，酒熟语所反映出的文 化精神是沿着修身、齐家、治国、平天下为积极进取的价值取向而展开的，反 映出古今人士的政治思想、伦理道德、个人修养、学习进取精神与人生经验， 折射出中国传统文化的精髓。第三，酒熟语的形成和传承，是一个新陈代谢的 过程，积淀下来的都是有深刻精神内涵的熟语，酒熟语拉近了古今人士间的历 史距离。 文章分为四部分：首先，从酒名、酿酒、饮酒、酒具的角度对酒熟语进行 了分类并释义。第二，对所搜集的酒熟语进行了溯源，对成语词典中个别酒成 语词条的出处提出了不同意见。第三，通过对具体事例的分析，诠释酒熟语所 反映的文化背景。第四，通过对酒熟语产生的背景分析，并结合后人对该熟语 的运用，挖掘酒熟语所蕴含的文化精神。 对于酒熟语，我们应该用历史的眼光和时代的精神去审视，更好的保留、 弘扬和传承优秀的中国文化遗产。 关键词：酒熟语，酒文化，俗语；成语；文化背景；文化精神 From From the perspectiVes of social linguistics，statistical induction，philology methodology and empirical analysis，this thesis focuses on the study of wine idioms．Wine idioms are sorted，classified and traced to the sources in this article．Some language ex锄ples in documents are analyzed．The pu印ose is to find out the rich traditional cultllral spirits in wine idioms and to study their cultural heritage and deVelopment in me ￡JtllI．e． The m旬or Viewpoints of this essay are as follows．Firstly，the study of wine idioms has been foCusing on its collection，classification，origin and deVelopment up to now．There has been Very little systematic researCh on its cultural spirits． SecondlM the cultural spirits mat wine idioms reflect are based on the positiVe Value orientation of self．-cultiVation，family harmony，state goVeming and world peace． These expressions renect the p01iticalthoughts，moral ethics，indiVidual cultiVation， ente印rising spirits and life expedences of ancient and modem people which re劬ct the soul of traditional Chinese culture．Thirdly；the establishing and deVeloping of wine idioms are a metabolic process．Most of the accumulated idioms are of spintual connotation．They haVe shortened the distance between ancient people and modem ones． II There There are fIour pans in this dissenation． The first part introduces me classification，explanation of their naming，brewing，drinking an
