论文摘要：声环境与人类的生产生活息息相关，在生理和心理以及行为习惯等方面都给人类带来 论文摘要： 声环境与人类的生产生活息息相关，在生理和心理以及行为习惯等方面都给人类带来 极大的影响。当前，居住区声环境是一个世界性普遍关注的问题。长期以来，我国的居住 区声环境质量仍然没有得到应有的重视，还存在不少的问题。进入21世纪，随着住宅建 设的飞速发展，在人们生活水平不断提高以及对健康舒适生活环境的不断追求之下，有必 要对我因当前居住区声环境状况进行研究和探讨，以探明当前的问题及以后改进的可能。 本文在调查研究和资料分析的基础上，结合城市环境噪声对居住区声环境的影Ⅱl自，综 述了噪声与人类健康的关系；通过对天津市居住区声环境现状进行调研，详细阐述了当前 我国居住区声环境所发生的变化：本文还探讨了居住区声环境规划中的一些方法与可行的 技术手段；分类详细介绍了改善室内声环境的具体构造技术措施；最后，通过我国与国外 声环境标准和评价指标的对比，结合我国目前现存的问题，提出我国在宏观管理上．应该建 立居住区规划的声环境审查机制，尽快建立并完善声环境的预测、监督与管理体系。 关键词：居住区；声环境：噪声：噪声控制；噪声管理 Abstract： Acoustic environment iS closely linked with human economic and social activities． Problems of acoustic environment especiNly those of residential acoustic environment have nOW become a global concern because they affeet people’S heal血both physically and mentally and their llSUal behavior．For quite a long time．the situation of it in China has not been given adequate attention，therefore there exist quite a feW problems．Moreover，due to the rapid development in residential construction and people’S living condition in the new age．people’S pursuit of more healthy and comfortable living environment pressingly calls for investigation and research ofthe acoustic environment ofresidential districts，to find out the existing problems and the possibility of improvement． Based on investigation and research．this thesis first of all inquires into the relations between noises and human hcalth in light of the negative effect of urban noises to residential environment．Then after field survey of the existing condition of acoustic environment in some residential areas in Tianjin，the writer explains in detail the changes that have taken place in recent years．nle thesis 100ks into the method to make program for the residentiaI acoustic environment and into the possibility and prospect of the using of sound barrier and green belt in residential district to reduce the noises．And it gives all detailed account of different types of strnctural techniques to improve the interior sou
