浅析我国现阶段项目工程招投标领域中存在的问题和对策 ［摘要］近年来，我国建筑市场工程项目施工承发包经历了从政府建设行政主管部门指令 性计划分配任务，到建筑施工企业逐步进入建筑施工市场承揽工程施工任务，再发展到现在 的有形建筑市场的逐步形成，众多建筑施工企业逐渐适应国家的改革，积极参加建筑施工项 目的招标投标，整个建筑施工市场在政府的引导下，逐步规范，建筑施工市场在不断增强其 透明度，改革的成效是有冃共睹的。本文主要阐述了招标的起源与发展及我国招投标的一般 程序;重点列举分析了我国现阶段招标活动屮存在的一系列弊端，并针对这些弊端，提出了几 点建议。 ［关键字］招投标起源与发展一般程序弊端建议 Problems and Countermeasures in the field of project bid tenderingstage of Chinese Engineering [Abstract] In recent years, the construction project of our country construction contracting market has experienced from the competent administrative department of construction of the government mandatory plan allocation of tasks, to construction companies have entered the construction market to undertake construction tasks, and then to gradually form the current building market, many construction enterprises gradually adapt to the countrys reform, bidding actively to participate in the construction project, the construction market under the guidance of the government，gradually standardize the construction market, strengthening its transparency, reform is be obvious to people. This article mainly elaborated the general procedure of the origin and development of tendering and bidding in China; put emphasis on a series of drawbacks of Chinas present stage of bidding activities, and in the light of these problems, and puts forward some suggestions.
