消费社会背景下杭州商业综合体的时空 格局及其趋势特征 崔万珍武前波 杭州万向职业技术学院工商管理系浙江工业大学建 筑工程学院 摘要： 消费社会是当前城市发展的重要背景，各类商业空间相继被嵌入消费文化符号， 推动了消费空间的蓬勃发展。以杭州为案例，采用消费社会理论探讨与商业地理 数据统计方法，分析了杭州商业综合体的演变过程及其趋势特征。研究发现:杭 州商业综合体正在口益崛起，重构了传统沿街零售业态，成为新时期城市消费 空间的重要载体，其建筑体量规模化、功能业态多元化、空间布局郊区化是当前 的显著特征。从杭州商业空间的未来发展趋势来看，规模化都市型综合体、H常 化社区型综合体、智能化电商型综合体、地方化文化型综合体成为典型商业载体, 从而构建岀新吋期城市的重要消费空间。 关键词： 商业综合体;消费社会;核心商圈;杭州; 作者简介：崔万珍(1979 — ),女，陕西旬阳人，硕士，讲师，主要研究方向为 商业经济与管理，(E-mail) cuiwanzhen@163. com。 收稿日期:2016-12-05 基金：教育部人文社会科学研究规划基金项目(16YJAZH063) Characteristics of Development and Construetion of Commercial Complex in Hangzhou Based on Consumer Society CUI Wanzhen WU Qianbo Department of Business Administration, Hangzhou Wanxiang Polytechnic; Department of Urban Planning, Zhejiang University of Technology; Abstract： Consumer society is an important background of urban development. Taking Hangzhou as an example, the paper emalyzes the evolution process and trend characteristics of commercial complex by adopting the theory of consumer society and the statistical method of commercial geographical data. It found that Hangzhou experienced the boom of traditional retail stores and department stores along the streets. Since 1990 s, a large number of commercial faci1ities including Hangzhou department store buiIding, Ilemgzhou Tower, Intimc department store as the represcnteitives, has been built up in the Wulin Square surrounding, which marked the formation of Wulin CBD and Yan an road business axis with Department stores as the main retail industry. In the 21 st century, commercial complex is rising on the edge and suburbs of the city with the rapid agglomeration of urban population emd the formation of large residential areas, which bu订t a Multicenter commercial space and reconstructed the ret ail industry of CBD in Hangzhou, becoming an important carrier of urban consumption space in the current.
