PAGE PAGE 2 作者：彭梁科 PAGE PAGE 2 毕业论文设计 专 业：经济学 题 目：广东省陆河县农业经济发展状况调查与分析 学生姓名：彭梁科 年月日：2006年3月28日 摘要 随着农业结构的调整和基地规模生产的不断发展，农业内部一些深层次的矛盾和问题也不断暴露出来 。主要反映在：一是由于传统农业观念的束缚，山区农民缺乏现代农业和商品经济意识，思想落后，观念陈旧，跟不上现代农业的发展要求，失去竞争力。二是传统落后、懒汉式管理、单家独户粗放经营模式与发展现代农业集约化经营矛盾日益突出，推广农业良种和科技难度相当大。三是农业投入不足，基础设施差，耕作条件落后，机械化程度低，成本高，效益差，农民没有积极性。四是土地流转困难，规模难形成，基地化生产发展不起来。五是农产品的产后加工企业少，对产品加工消化能力滞后，流通渠道不畅，专业组织协会未形成，组织化程度低，生产、加工、销售相互脱节现象日益突出，卖难问题无法解决。六是产前、产中、产后服务滞后，服务内容大多停留在种子、肥料、农药等农资的供应上，在信息提供、结构调整引导、技术指导、示范带动、流通领域开拓 较深层次的服务方面却不到位。这些问题的存在，导致我们山区农业与发达地区相比，差距越来越大，需要解决的问题越来越多，因此，我们要面对现实、结合实际、创新机制，走出一条“讲技术求质量，建基地创品牌，上规模要效益 ”的农业发展新路子。 Abstract With the adjustment of agricultural structure and the development of base manufacturing, the internal contradictions and problems will be revealed constantly. And they are reflected by the aspects below: firstly, owing to the bound of traditional agriculture views, the farmers who live in mountain areas are lack of the concepts of modern agriculture and commerce. Their old and behindhand thinking made they are unable to catch up with the development of modern agriculture so that they lost the competitive ability; secondly, the individual management mode caused a huge difficulty in put forward the good sorts of farming and technology; Thirdly, little investment on agriculture, worse basic equipments, behindhand cultivation, low level of mechanic, high cost and low benefit made farmers worked without enthusiasm; Fourthly, it’s quite difficult to develop base manufacturing; Fifthly, there’re lack of enterprises which are in charge of possessing the agricultural products. The specialize associations are not existed; Sixthly, the services for producing fell behind, the service which are always limited in offering seeds, fertilizer and pesticide. While the service for offering information and technology guiding is still need to be improved. Since these problems, the gab between mountain area and the developed area has become lager and larger.
