新生儿抚触联合中药泡浴对新生儿黄疸治疗疗效的影响观 察 四川省江油市九O三医院儿科?621700 摘要目的：对新生儿黄疸患者应用抚触联合屮药泡浴的治疗效果进行研究, 为新生儿黄疸的临床治疗提供依据。方法：收集自2016年1月?2016年9月在 我院所接受治疗的86例新生儿黄疸患者进行分析，将所有的研究对象按照随机 分配的原则分为两组，对照组：43例，常规治疗，观察组：43例，抚触联合屮 药泡浴，记录和比较所有的患者在进行临床治疗过程中的治疗效果、胆红素状况、 胎便转黄以及黄疸消退时间等状况进行分析。结果：通过对86例新生儿黄疸患 者进行分析发现:观察组的患者在进行临床治疗过程中治疗的效果、胆红素状况、 首次排便、黄疸消退以及胎便转黄时间等状况均优于对照组。差异有统计学意义, PV0.05。结论：对新生儿黄疸患者应用抚触联合屮药泡浴的治疗效果进行研究， 能够使患者的治疗状况以及胆红素状况得到改善，使患者的黄疸下降，抚触联合 屮药泡浴治疗操作简单且无需大型仪器，减轻患者的经济负担，临床价值大，值 得推广。 关键词 抚触；屮药泡浴；新生儿黄疸；疗效 The Neon ata I massage combi ned with traditi onal Chin ese medicine bath observation on the curative effect of the treatment of neonatal jaundice [Abstract] Objective: To study the patients with neonatal jaundice combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage bath treatment, provide the basis for clinical treatment of neonatal jaundice.
