AB AB STRACT FTP is one of the most important services of Intemet，FTP search engine provides great convenience for resource sharing．This paper devised a FTP search engine based on customer feedback，which primarily aims to provide download learning materials，software and videos and storing personal information for students in my institute，and which greatly enhances the level of information in my institute． This Paper mainly concentrates on devising FTP search engine after deeply summarizing and analyzing the previous related works．The FTP search engine based on customer feedback is proposed，which can provide a variety of query methods，a large amount of data，faster query FTP search engine．Firstly,In order to avoid the drawbacks of the existing FTP search engines，feedback techniques and public opinion analysis techniques are adopted，and multi-threading technology and network programming data on the FTP server to crawl are introduced to support single site and multi-site capture in which breadth—first traversal access technology is used，and also support filtering the fuzzy IP segment．Then，An algorithm based on weight(customer feedback)，called HS，is proposed by mining feedback and query feedback information to get weight．and then this algorithm is applied to Sort query results of the final，and then weights designing and the idea of HS algorithm are detailedly analyzing．The experimental results show that HS algorithm put the best query results on the top，improve the accuracy of the search and enhance the user’S search experience．Finally,in order to ensure that data in the database is in accordance with ，the data on the FTP server,there needs to update data on the site and configure the database timely． KEY WORDS：The search engines FTP,Feedback type，File upload and download， Public opinion analysis 目录摘要 目录 摘要 ． ．．1 ABSTRACT．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．。．．．．．．1 I 目录． ．． ． ．．II I 第一章
