摘要 摘 要 3 3 摘 要 在制造全球化的发展形势下，设备作为制造企业重要的生产工具，其正常的运 转和使用已成为企业生存和发展的基础，设备维护对整个经济社会发展的作用越 来越明显。随着设备的复杂化和智能化，传统的维护服务已不能满足设备正常使 用的需求，采用更先进的维护服务模式已成为理论和实践上亟待解决的问题。在 对相关研究和技术进行分析的基础上，本文提出采用基于网络协同商务的设备维 护服务模式。 首先，研究了网络协同维护服务的组织模式，并进一步分析联盟的业务协作机 制，保证维护任务的协同进行。为了使维护过程可观可控，构建了维护过程协同 控制模型。 其次，研究了设备维护联盟的知识构成，进一步分析了联盟知识共享的过程和 方式，并从文化机制、学习机制、信任机制、激励机制四个层面上提出促进联盟 知识共享的机制。 再次，通过对维护联盟各主体的价值、成本和利益的详细分析，确定了联盟的 价值传递过程。在对利益分配模式和方法的比较研究基础上，构建了“考虑收益/ 风险分配的基于满意度的不对称 Nash 协商模型”，并用算例进行了定量分析，证 明了模型的适用性。 最后，完善了协同设备维护系统，对系统的协同维护平台进行了介绍。并利用 该系统对 D 企业的设备进行协同维护，通过应用实例验证了本文所提出模式的可 行性。 关键词：网络协同商务，维护服务联盟，协同维护系统，业务协作模式，利益分配 ABSTRACT Under the development situation of global manufacture, equipment as an important production tool in manufacturing enterprises, its normal operation and use become the basis for existence and development of enterprise, equipment maintenance’ function for the economic and social development become more and more obvious. With the development of equipment to be structure-complication and intelligence, the traditional maintenance services can not meet the demands of normal use, using more advanced maintenance services mode has become a serious problem in theoretical and practical. On the base of analyzed related research and technology, the paper proposed the mode of equipment maintenance services based on web-based collaborative commerce. Firstly, the organizational structure of web-based collaborative maintenance alliance was studied, and builds the business cooperation mechanism to ensure the maintenance tasks carries out smoothly. In order to maintain substantial control process, build a collaborative control model of maintenance process. Secondly, the knowledge structure of the web-based collaborative maintenance alliance was studied, and further analyses the process and method of knowledge sharing in alliance.
