某三层框架办公楼设计（方案二） 50 - - PAGE II - 本科毕业设计 土木工程 某三层框架办公楼设计(方案二) The design of 3-story frame office Building（2）  某三层框架办公楼设计（方案二） 摘要：本设计主要内容为办公楼结构设计，结构形式采用三层混凝土框架结构。该办公楼建筑面积为2367，层高4.2m。 本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计包括建筑方案确定和建筑施工图绘制.结构设计主要是以PKPM软件电算和一榀框架手算相结合的方法进行。结构设计主要包括荷载计算，梁、板、柱配筋计算，楼梯设计和桩基础设计。 通过本多层混凝土框架结构的完整设计，我对所学的专业知识有了系统和完整的认识，初步了解了结构设计的完整程序和步骤，还熟练掌握了office软件、CAD和天正绘图软件和PKPM计算软件等的使用。此外，还锻炼了严谨细致的作风，独立思考的能力，从而能真正达到学以致用。 关键词：办公楼：框架结构：建筑设计：结构设计 The design of 3-story frame office Building（2） ABSTRACT：This design mainly content for the office building structure design, whose structure form is three-story concrete frame structure. This office building’s area is 2367m2 .The height of storey is 4.2m. This design including architectural design and structure design two parts. Architecture design including the scheme determination of the building and building construction drawing. Structural design is consist of the calculation of software PKPM and the hand-counting of one frame. Structure design mainly includes the load calculation, beam, plate and column’s reinforcement calculation, stair design and pile foundation design. Through this multi-layer concrete frame structure of the complete design, I have a further systematic and complete understanding of professional knowledge, also I got a preliminary understanding of the whole structure design steps and make myself master of software Office, PKPM, CAD and TArch. Through this multi-layer concrete frame structure of the complete design, I have build up my careful meticulous style and Independent thinking ability, which which can achieve true knowledge.
