某商务大楼设计 PAGE 9 本科毕业设计 土木工程 某商务大楼设计 Design of building of A commercial area 某商务大楼设计 摘要：本设计为某商务大楼楼设计,主体结构为6层框架剪力墙结构。框架采用混凝土现浇，混凝土结构具有取材容易，用材合理，耐久性与耐火性好，可塑性强等优点，另外，现浇框架结构也具有整体性好，有利于抗震，分隔自由等特点，因此在多层建筑中是一种常用的结构体系。 本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分，其中结构设计为主体部分。建筑设计包括方案确定，建筑施工图绘制，而结构设计主要是以 PKPM结构设计软件电算和一榀框架手算相结合的方式进行。结构设计主要内容为荷载计算，梁、板、柱配筋计算，楼梯设计计算、柱下桩基础设计计算。 此次设计运用到了不少知识，包括准确使用PKPM结构设计软件进行结构分析计算；应用所学的专业知识进行手算；运用Excel软件进行内力组合计算以及运用Word软件对手算结果进行整理、排版等等。通过本多层混凝土框架结构的完整设计，使我能系统总结，勤于思考，综合地运用所学的基础理论知识和专业知识来解决实际的工程设计问题，并能进一步加强我的建筑设计和结构设计的能力。 关键词：商务大楼；框架结构；对称；结构设计 Design of building of A commercial area Abstract?: This design for a commercial building floor design for six floors, main body structure with frame-shear wall structure . The frame uses the concrete cast-in-place. The concrete structure has the selection to be easy, and has good durability , fire resistance and adaptable strong enough advantages. Moreover, cast in place a comprehensive framework is also good for earthquake, from freedom characteristics, therefore, it is common seen in multi-storey building. The design includes architectural design and structural design ,and the main part is the structural design . Architectural design includes program identification and building construction drawing. Structural design is the combination of the calculation of software PKPM and the hand-counting of one frame.The chief content s of this structural design conclude the calcuculation of load ,reinforcement of beams, slabs and columns, the design for stairs and the design for pile foundations under the posts . This design uses much knowledge ,which concludes precise using of software PKPM, the application of specialty knowledge which have learned to the hand-counting, the application of software Excel to calculate combination of internal forces and the use of software Word to collate the calculation results and so on..
