At present, China is in the period of rapidly developing national economy ,that led to a huge growth in energy demand. Construction as a major energy consumer, its energy consumption accounts for the total energy consumption of 30%-40%, Building energy saving research and extension work has been imminent. Worldwide on the building energy conservation research and practice has promoted many years, and gains quite a number of relevant researches and reports, but seldom about commercial building. Commercial building as a kind of high energy consumption of the public building，the number and scale growing rapidly with our social and economic development，In order to avoid more energy to be irrational consumption and waste, commercial building energy saving work should arouse our attention and get the majority of building practitioner s extensive research.
