万方数据 万方数据 Epidemiological investigation on Status of reproductive health and ferttility of childbearing age in Gui Zhou province Major: Obstetrics and Gynecology Postgraduate: Zhu Hu Supervisor: Shuyun Zhao [Abstract] Objective:1.To understand the basic reproductive situation of women of childbearing age in Guizhou province using epidemiological investigation.2.To analysis the cause of reproductive health and its factors.Methods:1.Use overall sampling method to complete epidemiological investigation of childbearing women in Guizhou province;2.the questionnaires include: marriage status, contraception, whether suffering from gynecological diseases and infertility;3.Physical examination: Measure height, weight, check breast case, and gynecological examination etc;4.B ultrasonic examination used to examine uterus, double accessories, and number of follicles;5. detect fundamental 9 parameters of hormones and AMH of infertility women.Results: The investigation includes 1123 persons, with 824 effective questionnaires, and the qualified rate is 73.3%. There are 452 people coming from rural areas, the rest is from city, the rate of countryside to towns is 1.2 to 1.①marriage status：821 married women, 3 unmarried women. The average number of pregnancy is 4.36 .The overall abortion rate is 34.70%, and adverse pregnancy rate is 14.44%.② The overall contraceptive rate is 89.31%.The contraception methods of married women include: 61.56% woman of childbearing age (0.27% primipara, 61.29% multipara )chose ligation operation of contraception, 20.29% woman of childbearing age chose IUD contraception(19.49% primipara, 5.14% multipara). 2.44% women choose contraceptives or condoms; 0.68%women choose other kind of contraception, 10.27% women do not use any contraceptive method. ③ Overall prevalence of gynecological diseases is 63.47%.the top five gynecological diseases are:Vaginitis 271 women (32.89%), cervical columnar epithelium shift164(19.90%) ,Hysteromyo- ma:112(
