第三部分 饲料营养及管理技术 影响青贮饲料质量的因素及提高其质量的措施 * 李文茜，王玉美，张永根 （东北农业大学动物科学技术学院，哈尔滨 150030） 摘 要：青贮饲料是奶牛饲养中不可缺少的常规饲料，是一种将新鲜的青绿饲料装入密闭的容器中，在 厌氧条件下，经微生物(主要是乳酸菌)的发酵作用而调制成的柔软多汁、气味芳香、营养丰富、容易贮 存、可供冬春季节饲用的多汁饲料。它是贮存和调制青饲料最有效的途径。随着畜牧业的发展，青贮饲 料作为畜禽饲料来源愈来愈受到人们的重视。提高青贮质量是饲养高产奶牛的关键，也是降低成本的重 要方面，影响青贮质量的因素很多，本文主要就对青贮饲料的影响因素加以阐述，并提出合理的提高青 贮饲料质量的措施，旨在为成功制作青贮饲料提供参考依据。 关键词：青贮饲料；质量；因素；措施 Factors of Affecting the Quality of Silage and the Measures to Improve the Quality of Its Wenxi Li, Yumei Wang, Yonggen Zhang* (Northeast Agricultural University, College of animal science and technology, Harbin 150030,China) Abstract: Silage is an indispensable routine feed in dairy cattle feeding, a kind of green feed into the fresh container sealed, under anaerobic conditions by microorganisms (mainly lactic acid bacteria) fermentation and modulation into a soft and juicy, fragrant, nutritious, easy to store, for the winter season forage juicy feed.It is the most effective way to store and modulate green fodder.With the development of animal husbandry, silage as a source of animal feed gets more and more peoples attention.Improving silage quality is the key to raising high yield cows, and also an important aspect of reducing costs. There are many factors that affect the quality of silage.This paper mainly elaborate the impact factors of silage, and put forward reasonable measures to improve the quality of silage, the aim is to provide a reference for the successful production of silage. Key words: silage; quality; factor; measure 青贮饲料在畜牧业生产中具有重要作用，其不仅营养物质全面、幼嫩多汁、易于消化、适口性强， 而且种类繁多、来源广泛、可利用时间长。随着畜牧业的发展，青贮饲料作为畜禽饲料来源愈来愈受到 人们的重视。要想更好地提高青贮质量，饲养高产奶牛，我们就必须要清楚影响青贮饲料质量的因素。
