论保税物流仓储项目的风险控制 ［摘要］ 保税物流是现代港口的重要标志之一，作为保税物流业务的重要载体，保税物流 仓储对保税物流的发展起着较大的促进作用。基于此本文主要对保税物流仓储项目的风险控 制与转移进行研究和分析。文章首先在引言部分对本文的研究背景进行阐述，然后对保税物 流仓储项目风险控制的相关理论进行分析，为木文的研究奠定一定的理论基础。然后重点分 析了保税物流仓储项目主要面对的：外部环境风险包括自然环境风险、政治经济环境风险、 法律政策环境风险以及市场环境风险。内部风险主要包括决策风险、供应商失控风险、文化 差异风险、人力资源风险以及客户风险。最后提出通过建立风险防范管理体系、选择合适的 物流服务商，加强社会防范、规范物流合同的签订与执行管理等措施可以控制与转移保税物 流仓储项冃风险。 ［关键字］保税物流风险控制 风险转移 仓储项目 Theory of bonded logistics warehousing project risk control [Abstract] Bonded Logistics is an important symbol of the modern port, as an important carrier bonded logistics services; bonded warehousing for bonded logistics plays a greater role in promoting. This paper focuses on risk control and transfer of bonded warehousing project based on this research and analysis. Firstly, in the introduction to the research background elaborate, then the theory of bonded warehousing project risk control were analyzed, lay a theoretical basis for this study. Then analyzes the bonded warehousing projects deal mainly with: the external environmental risks, including natural environmental risks, political and economic environment risk, legal risk policy environment and market environment risks. Internal risks include the risk of decisiomaking, suppliers out of control risk, the risk of cultural differences, human resources, risk and customer risks? Finally，through the establishment of risk prevention management system, select the appropriate logistics service providers, strengthening social prevention, specification and implementation of management measures such as the signing of the con tract can be con trolled logistics and bon ded warehousi ng project risk transfer.
