- PAGE I - 本科毕业论文 （20 届） 我国城市社区养老模式研究 所在学院 专业班级 共事业管理 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 PAGE II 摘 要 【摘要】人口老龄化是当代社会普遍存在的问题，我国目前城市老龄化趋势日益严重，而传统的城市养老模式随着时代的发展受到冲击，且不能适应城市老年人多元化的需求。在这种背景下，由此产生的社区养老模式是一种能提高老年人生活质量，且符合我国当前的经济发展水平，并有利于缓解和弥补家庭养老和机构养老存在的矛盾与不足的新型养老服务模式。本文通过介绍城市养老模式的构成类型，分析了社区养老模式产生的原因，并通过对社区养老模式的介绍，探析了宁波市海曙区社区养老模式的现状、优点和不足，最后论述了完善城市社区养老模式的对策。 【关键词】城市 社区养老模式 海曙区 对策 【Abstract】Population aging is a common problem of contemporary society, the aging of the current trend of growing cities, but the traditional pension model of urban development has been the impact of the times, and can not meet the diverse needs of urban elderly. In this context, the resulting model is a community endowment life of older persons can enhance the quality and in accordance with our current level of economic development and help alleviate and compensate for the aged family pension and the existing contradictions and shortcomings of the new Care for the Old.
