AbstractFrom Abstract From the nineties last century,the study of Aged industry has springing up in China．Many scholars has researched Aged industry from subject themselves．It include Economics，Sociology,Philosophy,Geography But their study stayed in macroscopical and apperceive lays．It has less systemic study and demonstration study． Guangzhou City is the foreland in China external opening，Tiffs thesis takes Guangzhou City as the case to study aged industry developing，because Guangzhou aged industry developing has delegate significance．The thesis is included from 7 charters． To form a full system．the thesis is mainly studied from aged industry itself and correlation aspect．In chapter 1，the study design of the thesis is introduced，including background，objectives，framework．The chapter 2 narrated the study of other scholars． organized literature to form a system．． The third chapter analysed the basic statues of aged industry in Guangzhou city, first，the chapter focuses on the elderly basic status．Second，in the basic of analyzing it．the thesis expatiate actuality of the Guangzhou aged industry．The fonh chapter investigates the Guangzhou aged industry developing issue，including basic trait，the future trend．especially contrastive analysis靠om the elderly demand in Liwan district． Dongshan district，Haizhui district，Tianhe district Guangzhou city．In last of this chapter qualitative analysis is taken between economic developing and aged industry． The next chapter probes into the relation among of aged industry,Community construction，economy developing and City developing，figuring out that aged industry advances Community construction and City developing． The elderly,aged industry，community and city are the basic factor in the thesis． The four factor’S characteristic and the correlation among of them make up of the structure of this thesis．The last chapter is conclusion part，introduce the main point of this thesis and the expectation of aged industry study． Key words：Guangzho
