行机制及模式相对滞后，对流转成效有一定的影响。 行机制及模式相对滞后，对流转成效有一定的影响。 在对桂西地区农户林地转出行为的模型分析中，林地流转的影响因素 众多，对农户林地转出有极显著正相关影响的是外出打工人数、林地流转 意愿、林地面积三个因素，户主文化程度只在10％水平与转出行为呈显著 正相关，而林地立地条件与转出行为呈极显著负相关关系，林地地理位置 只在5％水平与转出行为呈显著负相关。说明家庭外出打工人数越多、流转 意愿越强烈、林地面积越大，其发生林地流出行为概率更大，主要是因为 桂西地区尤其是田林县相比其他区域农户林地面积大；而林地立地和地理 位置越好，户主越不愿意流出；但在桂西地区户主年龄、林地增收、林地 流转年限、林地块数的差异不大，影响并不显著。 因此，政府应该进一步完善和优化林地流转运行机制、模式及林地流 转政策、法规和制度，规范林地流转，完善林地流市场体系及林地流转价 格调整机制，拓展林业投资的激励机制，拓宽林业投资的主要途径，建立 健全林地流转服务体系尤其是健全林地交易机构和林地资产评估机构，大 力开展林地流转试点工作，举办流转管理知识和林业生产技术培训，促进 广西林权林地流转机制和模式顺利运行，增加农户林业收入，实现林业产 业化、专业化、规模化经营。 关键词：林地流转：机制与模式；模型分析；林地交易；林地评估 Ⅱ 万方数据 INVESTIGATION INVESTIGATION AND RESEARCH oF FOREST LAND CIRCULATIoN oN GUANGⅪ ABSTRACT Forest land circulation is the focus of collective forest land reform，and it is all important measure to realize the rational allocation of forest resources． Optimizing the operation mechanism and mode of forest land circulation is the driving force to improve the efficiency of circulation，to promote farmers to increase reasonable investment of woodland，to improve the forestry output，to increase farmers forestry income，and is also an effective way to promote the development of forestry economy． Guangxi belongs to the collective forest in the south of China，and forestry has an important position in the whole countly，and forestry plays an important role in the development of local economy．Due to the gradual progress of the reform of collective forest rights，the transfer of forest land in Guangxi has been rapidly developed，the number and scale of the transfer has been expanding． However,because of the lag of the running mechanism and mode of forest land circulation，the problems and contradictions also follow．Therefore，the survey selected 20 different regional forestry counties(cities)in Guangxi as the research point to study the current situation of forest land circulation．According to the data of 1 528 questionnaires obtained in the survey,using descriptive III 万方数据 statistics，regression statistics，regression
