摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 随着经济全球化浪潮的不断高涨和我国对外开放步伐的不断加快，国内越 来越多的企业响应国家“走出去”发展战略的号召，积极开拓国外输变电工程市 场，增强在国外从事输变电工程总承包项目的能力，因此，研究国外输变电工 程项目管理很是迫切。 国外输变电工程不同于国内输变电工程项目，鉴于工程项目全部是在境外 进行，其所在国的人文、历史、种族、政治和经济环境与国内有很大差异，项 目的业主及其代表和项目所执行的技术标准也与国内有很大不同，因此总有一 些意想不到的事情会发生而影响工程的顺利实施。 本文论述了国内外输变电工程项目管理的现状及差异，结合河南送变电建 设公司赞比亚输变电工程项目的管理现状、问题及解决方法进行了深入的分析， 结合实际给出了输变电工程规范化管理的实现途径。 通过本文的论述，可以使国外输变电工程项目管理的从业人员认识到项目 管理研究的重要性和必要性，同时对先进管理经验加以借鉴，提升国外输变电 工程项目管理水平，对企业应对国外输变电工程市场的激烈竞争有一定的现实 意义。 关键词：国外输变电工程；项目管理；差异分析；研究 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract With the rising wave of economic globalization and the faster pace to open up to the outside world，more and more enterprises respond to the call of”going global” strategy and explore the overseas transmissiondistribution engineering market actively to strength the capacity of general contracting the overseas transmission distribution engineer．Therefore，to research the overseas transmissiondistribution engineering project management is very urgent． Overseas transmissiondistribution engineering is different from the domestic engineering．Human,history,ethnic，political and economic environment of the country where the engineering locate is different from home also．In addition，the owner and its representatives of overseas engineering and the technical standards executed also different from the domestic engineering．There are many unexpected things happened to affect the engineering smooth implementation． The article discusses the status and difference of the project management for the transmissiondistribution engineering home and abroad and analyses the management status，problem，solution of Zambia transmission＆distribution engineering performed by Henan Electric Power TransmissionTransformation Construction Corporation(HE订)．Finally the article comes up with the standardized management of overseas transmissiondistribution engineering． Through the argumentation,the article Can make the employed of overseas transmissiondistribution enginee
