摘 要
节庆旅游是区域自然、人文、经济、历史文化特色,经过节庆形式的系统规划、开发和营销,成为旅游吸引物,为当地带来社会、经济、文化等效益的一种特殊旅游形式。近年来随着会展业、旅游业的发展而得到快速的发展,具有广阔的市场前景和发展空间。丽水拥有丰富的节庆旅游资源,具备开展节庆旅游的条件。目前,丽水的节庆旅游虽然还处于初步发展的阶段,但是却呈现出迅猛的发展速度,发挥出了节庆活动对地方经济、城市影响力等方面的积极作用。同时丽水节庆旅游还存在一些问题,如基础设施落后,专业人才匮乏,缺少专业策划,品牌意识薄弱,节庆效益不明显等。本文针对这些问题提出了相对应的解决措施,采取加强政府主导地位,加快基础设施建设,培养和吸引人才,打造特色节庆品牌,多渠道营销策略等解决对策,为丽水节庆旅游活动的发展提供借鉴意义。

Abstract
Festival Tourism is a special-way tourism formal. The regional natural, cultural, economic, historical characteristics, after system planning, development and marketing of festival forms, as a tourist attraction, bring the local social, economic and cultural benefits. In recent years, as the development of exhibition and tourism industry, the festival tourism develops rapidly, and has a very wide market prospects.
Lishui, owning very rich tourism resources, Lishui has the conditions of carrying out festival tourism. Currently, Lishui has already held many of the festival tourist activities, and achieved many accomplishments. Festival Tourisms play the positive role in the local economy and urban influence. But there are still some problems, Such as poor infrastructure, lack of professionals, lack of professional planning, brand awareness is weak, festivals, and other obvious benefits. This paper proposes to solve these problems the solution corresponding measures to strengthen the dominant position of the government to speed up infrastructure construction, culture and attract talent, to create features festival brand, multi-channel marketing strategies,this paper point out the corresponding solution and measures, to be helpful for the development of festival tourism in Lishui.
