摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 数学教师专业化是当前国内外数学教育界研究的热点话题。作为数学教育发 展的趋势和潮流，它不仅是数学教师教育改革的方向和理论基础，也是我国当时 中小学数学课程改革成败的关键。 本文在界定数学教师的专业素养即专业化构成的基础上，运用问卷调查、访 谈和对比的方法，对r‘东省欠发达地区数学教师专业化的现状和问题进行了探 究。并对影响我省欠发达地区数学教师专业化发展的外部因素：入职前师范教育 课程设置、对在职教师实施的成人教育培训、教师任职所在学校以及数学教师个 人的内部动因等方面进行了分析和讨论：且针对分析结果对当前J。东省欠发达地 区数学教师的专业化提出r相关的措施和建议：建立良好的教师评价机制来促进 数学教师专业化：激发教师自身发展专业发展的内趋力来推动数学教师专业化： 缩小地区差距、均衡配置教育资源来推进数学教师专业化；加大教师专业自主权 来保障数学教师专业化的实现；改革高等师范数学教育体系，为专业化奠定坚实 基础：优化教师培训机制来推进数学教师专业化。 关键词：数学教师；专业；专业化；专业构成；欠发达地区 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract As a hot topic in the present mathematical education in and out our country, Mathematics teachers’specialization representing the trend of math education’s development not only points out the direction and lays the theoretical foundation for mathematic teachers’education reform，bm also determines the Success of the current reformmath curriculum in primary and elementary school in China． On the basis of defining mathematic teacher’specialization，this thesis has explored the current situation of math teacher’s specialization and related problems in underdeveloped regions of Guangdong province through questionnaires， interviews and comparative method as well as analyzed a variety of external and internal factors that influence the development ofthe math teachers in these regions such as the setting ofteaching curriculum in school，on-the-job training for teachers， the conditions of schools This sludy ends with suggestions for promoting math teachers’specialization on basis of this analysis：establishing proper evaluation system and stimulating teachers’self-drive，narro、ving regional difference and allocating education resource on a balanced term，increasing teachers’autonomy on specialty,reforming on mathematics education in normal university in order to lay a solid foundation for specialization and oNimizing teachers’on—the-job training mechanism Key Words： Mathematics teacher,Speciality, Specialization，Specialty structure Underdeveloped regions n 广州大学学位论文原创性声明本人郑重声明： 广州大学学位论
