摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 目前针对高技术企业创业者及社会资本加以结合的研究国内尚未形成科学的 体系，随着企业家社会资本作用的受重视程度不断攀升，以高技术企业技术创业 者社会资本为独特视角，研究其对新创企业绩效的影响机理及程度将有十分重要 的理论及现实意义。 本文在整合以往有关创业理论、社会资本理论和新创企业绩效理论的基础上， 运用理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法，系统地研究了新创高技术企业的技术创 业者社会资本的构成、维度划分及其测度指标体系，并在此基础上构建了一套适 合我国高技术企业的技术创业者社会资本作用于新创企业绩效的影响因素模型。 在构建理论模型、提出假设、设计调查问卷的基础上，对技术创业者个人背景、 其社会资本及新创企业绩效等方面的信息进行了搜集、整理，并运用SPSS统计分 析软件对数据进行分析，验证了所提假设，量化了技术创业者的个人背景变量及 其社会资本各因素对新创高技术企业经营成长绩效的影响关系及影响程度。研究 发现，技术创业者个人背景变量中年龄、学历、家庭背景、所学专业对其社会资 本含量存在影响，其社会资本结构维度和关系维度又进一步影响到新创企业的动 态能力，并最终对新创企业绩效产生影响。 关键词：技术创业者社会资本新创企业绩效 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract At present it hadn’t formed a scientific system yet 011 the unifying of the high-tech entrepreneurs and the social capital at home．With the increasing importance of the entrepreneurs’social capital，it will have both academic and practical significance tO study the influence mechanism and the degree of impact of technical entrepreneurs’ social capital on the newly-created enterprises． Mainly based on the entrepreneurship theory and the theory of social capital and the newly-created enterprises，this article unified the fundamental research and the empirical study,systematically studied the technical entrepreneurs’social capital constitution,the dimension division and the measurement indicator system，then constructed a factor model fit for OUr country’S hi曲·tech enterprise’S，in which the technical entrepreneurs’social capital influenced the newly created the hi曲-tech enterprise’S performance．On the basis of constructing the theoretical model，proposing the supposition and designing the questionnaire，the author selected and sorted out information about the technical entrepreneurs themselves，their social capital and the newly·built business，then analyzed the data wi也the SPSS statistical analysis software to confirm the supposition raised before．The results explained how the technical entrepreneurs’personal background variable affected their social capital and how the various constituent elements of their social capital
