剖宫产术中腰硬联合麻醉的临床应用 内江市东兴区人民医院四川内江641100 【摘要】目的：探讨在剖宫产手术中应用腰硬联合麻醉所得到的临床效果。方 法:选择2015年6月一2016年8月间曾在我院妇产科接受剖宫产手术的产妇106 例，分别以观察组与对照组对其进行表示，对照组中产妇在手术过程中单纯给予 其硬膜外麻醉，观察组中产妇在手术中给予其腰硬联合麻醉，观察两组产妇临床 麻醉效果。结果：在经过手术之后，对两组产妇麻醉优良率进行观察，观察组中 产妇麻醉优良率为94.3%,对照组中产妇优良率为75.5%;观察两组产妇麻醉起 效时间及药物剂量，观察组产妇优于对照组；观察两组产妇不良反应发生情况， 观察组中产妇为6例，对照组中产妇为3例，两组有一定差异存在。结论：在剖 宫产手术中应用腰硬联合麻醉只有较好效果，虽会导致一定不良反应，但可有效 提高麻醉优良率，起效时间较快，而用药剂量较低，可在临床上广泛应用。 【关键词】剖宫产术；腰硬联合麻醉：应用 Clinical application of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in cesarean section Hu Xinsen Li Dehong Neijiang Neijiang Dongxing Sichuan District Peoples Hospital 641100 Abstract Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the cesarean section in the application of combined spinal epidural anesthesia.
